Martin Fisher, Chair of the Rother LSP Executive welcomes delegates.

Martin Fisher outlines how the Rother Local Strategic Partnership decided that the theme Helping People to Help Themselves and the issue of access to existing services were identified as important strategic issues.

A number of agencies have identified the impact of resource reductions alongside anecdotal reports and evidence of increases in demand and need.
