The Rother Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) is responsible for developing and overseeing delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy for Rother.

The strategy is required under the Local Government Act (2000) and represents our local vision for improving the quality of life in Rother. Based on consultation with local residents through the Rother Local Action Plans Support Programme, the strategy is designed to help bring about improvements in the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of our area.

The LSPs across East Sussex have worked together to create an integrated sustainable community strategy, which incorporates the Rother Sustainable Community Strategy.

The Rother LSP is governed by an Executive Board made up of eight key stakeholders.
